Scentsy Fragrances

Some of the reasons people choose the different Scentsy fragrances are that certain smells and aromas are associated with certain times in our lives, which are either pleasant or unpleasant for us.  We want to be able to have that pleasant feeling, that certain thought association with that fragrance.  That particular fragrance can be anything, really.  That is why there are so many different fragrances available in the Scentsy line.

There is a lot that goes into the manufacturing of these fragrance bars and/or bricks.  They are made with the best possible ingredients based on cost effectiveness.  Fragrance oils are used in the making of Scentsy fragrances. These oils are either natural or produced by a laboratory and some of these contain essential oils. Now, when they say that they contain essential oils, they do not mean that there might only be one drop in a whole batch, they mean a significant amount of fragrance is essential oils so that the scent will last.  They do not contain any phthalates.  Why is this an important distinction?  Phthalates helps to cause endocrine disruption, which has been linked to obesity, allergies, and asthma.  Scentsy is looking out for you and your children.

The length of time that a fragrance lasts depends on the composition of a number of factors.  Some of those factors are:  the size of the room, how many sections of the bar are used, the humidity in the room, and the temperature.  The reason that you may seem to notice it lasts longer or shorter than other people in the same room is because your biological makeup will be different than others.  The tested length of time for most Scentsy fragrances to last is usually between 40 to 80 hours.
