Scentsy Wax is a special product. Our authentic candle warming system uses a low heat light bulb to raise the temperature of the uniquely designed wax to just above room temperature and provide you with hours of scented enjoyment from Scentsy. Wax like ours is very different from traditional varieties.
Since the beginning of flame, people have been trying to keep fire burning longer with the use of wax-like products. In fact, many candle materials have been produced from various fats, oils and substances found in animals, bees, vegetables, and minerals. Primary waxes have been beeswax, tallow, spermaceti from whales, stearin, paraffin, soy, palm, and synthetics.
Today’s candle market includes waxes from paraffin, beeswax, soy, palm, gels, synthetics, and synthesized waxes, as well as a wide variety of wax blends and customized wax creations. Scentsy wickless candles are one of these special creations.
There are a couple of aspects that make our candles different. Not only do we use a wax that is scientifically proven to be non-toxic, but we use high quality scented oils to ensure our candles smell wonderful for a long time.
But the best part about our wax is the fact that it is not melted with a flame. No fire is needed to release our special scents. Since there is no flame, there is no soot releasing wick. Instead of a nasty flame that can burn children, pets, or start a fire, we use a safe light bulb. This wickless system allows you to enjoy your favorite fragrance concoction with the flip of a switch.
Our wax is packaged into candle bars and bricks. These convenient packages include break apart sections, allowing you to divide them into separate candle warmers or create your own unique blend of fragrances. When you are ready to change the scent of your warmer, you can simply pour the melted wax back into its original packaging, allow it to cool, and store it for another time.
